Specialist Notes:


99% of users are Internal Employees. Their accounts are created via Inbound Data Feed from the HRIS. HR will set up the employee in the HR system (HRIS).


External Employee (Contractors or Interns) accounts are manually created by the AEG Talent Development team.


When unable to locate a user's account, please use the following SR to confirm the employment type and department, and create a ticket.


The AEG Talent Development team will then look into why the account was not created.

Unfortunately, I was unable to locate an account for you at this time. For further assistance, I will need to create a ticket so we can escalate this to the AEG Talent Development team. Could you please provide your Department and also confirm your employment type so we can include this information in the ticket?
