Specialist Notes:

 

Accounts are not set to automatically expire due to inactivity (no log-ins for x amount of time).


Accounts are set to lock after multiple (5) failed attempts to log in within 5 minutes with the employee's username and password.  


IMPORTANT!

This SR is specifically for External Employees as they log in via username and password.


Standard Response:


Please note that your account will lock out after multiple failed attempts to log in to the portal. You will be able to attempt to log in again after 15 minutes. In the meantime, I'm happy to assist you with resetting your password or provide you with your username if you'd like.
