Both Internal and External Employees will need to be directed to contact their local HR representative to change their account information in HRIS. However, the following items may be updated by the user in the LMS:
Picture
| all users can add pictures.

Resume
| all users are able to update their resumes. |
Career Preferences
| all users can update their career preferences.

Skills
| all users are able to add skills and request skills feedback
|
Time Zone
| all users can change their time zone from the default time zone.
|
Signature
| all users can select a signature. |
Email Address
| only External users can update their email addresses. |
