Users can access online training by clicking on the 'LEARN MORE' button under the following options available on the homepage:

	Takes users to their Learner Home page where they can search for courses and also see the list of courses they have started, completed, etc. Learning Content
	Takes users to the internal SharePoint site to see what training is being promoted in the LMS.  Featured Learning

Within the LMS, the availability of some courses will be limited by department, role, and location. However, the Cornerstone Content Anytime subscription courses are available to all employees.

Kindly click the 'LEARN MORE' button under 'Learning Content' in order to see your Learner Home page. On your Learner Home page, you will be able to search for courses using the search bar at the top. You will also see any courses that you have self-selected or that have been assigned by your manager or an RTS administrator.

You may also click the 'LEARN MORE' button under 'Featured Learning' to be directed to the internal SharePoint site and see monthly featured training recommendations.
