Please assist the user with adjusting the browser settings. If you're not able to identify the browser the user is on, kindly have them run a system check to confirm the browser they're using so you can send the correct instructions to adjust browser settings.


We may proxy and open the course to see if there are sections that the user still needs to complete. Sometimes opening the course and closing it, triggers the completion.


The AEG Talent Development team gave us permission to mark a course complete for self-assigned training. However, the user will need to provide a screenshot as proof of completion before we mark completion for any training that is not self-assigned (required, mandatory, etc.).  


If there is an evaluation, the course may not show as complete if the evaluation timeframe has not been passed.


IMPORTANT!

For a Material type of training, users will simply need to click the 'Mark Complete' button or complete an acknowledgment if required.
