Only some of the above items are assigned as tasks to users. These tasks can be accessed by navigating to the actions page.


HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?

  • Review the available Performance Related KB subfolders to locate the one that matches the performance item the user needs assistance with. Then, review the available standard responses.

  • The SRs titled General Info are a great starting point if you are unsure where to locate the information. If the information cannot be found or the issue persists, create a ticket to escalate the request to the Admins.
