Viewing and Managing Check-Ins
Users can view all existing Check-Ins, both Development and 1:1s, by clicking the 'LEARN MORE' button below Check-Ins from their homepage.

HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? Review the standard responses available in the Check-Ins KB folder. If the information is not found, there is a Check-Ins playlist available in Roadmap to Success that includes helpful materials and video guidance. When using the playlist to further assist users, please open the playlist on your end to locate the relevant information and attempt to assist the user directly (You may only be able to access the video guide).

If the information cannot be found or the issue persists, create a ticket to escalate the request to the Admins. |
NOTES FOR TICKET PROCESSORS! When submitting the ticket, be sure to include as many details as possible. Example: If a Manager is unable to see an employee’s Check-Ins, the Admins would need the employee’s name and email address information. |

Alternatively, you may also see assigned quarterly Development Check-ins under the Actions page. You can navigate to it from the homepage by clicking the 'Your Action Items' flag icon.
