Development Plans are created and owned by employees. Managers can view and support the plan, but the employee is responsible for creating and monitoring it.

1. Click the hamburger menu located in the top right corner of your homepage.
2. Select 'Performance', then click on 'Development Plans' from the options.
3. On the Development Plan page, click the 'Create New Plan' button to get started.
