Specialist Notes:


Development Plans can be saved as drafts or submitted to be finalized. Once submitted, the plan is automatically approved.

IMPORTANT!


  • This is the final step to activate a Development Plan. Users must click Submit Plan to finalize it.
  • Upon submission, the Development Plan is automatically approved.


Standard Response:


To submit your Development Plan, select the criteria that define who will be included in this assignment.

Assignment Criteria Options: 

Self Only: Select this option for personal development; the plan will be assigned only to you. Once you submit your self-plan, your manager can still view it, so you can both monitor your progress.

My Team: Select this option to assign the plan to your team members. This option is available only to managers with direct reports.

Note: Upon submission, the Development Plan is automatically approved.
