Employees and Managers can monitor and update Development Plans once they are created. Users can access their plan through the Hamburger Menu --> Performance --> Development Plans.

Thank you for your patience while I look into this for you. You can monitor and update your Development Plan at any time by following these steps:

- Click the Hamburger Menu in the top right corner of your homepage.
- Select Performance, then 'Development Plans' from the options.
- Click your plan title to view and update your plan. 

You can update progress on objectives and actions, add comments for specific items or the overall plan, and attach supporting files such as certificates. All updates are automatically saved and visible to your manager.
