1. How do I get to my Performance Review?To access your Performance Review task, please navigate to your Actions page by clicking the 'Your Action Items' Flag icon on the homepage.
2. I don't see anything under the 'My Assigned Reviews' page.

Note: Check the user’s Snapshot page to confirm whether they have been assigned any performance related tasks.
Please allow me a few moments while I create a ticket to escalate your assignment inquiry to the AEG Roadmap to Success Administrators for further review and assistance.
3. I don’t see my Performance Review related task under my 'Your Action Items' page. What do I do?

If you don't see your Performance Review task in 'Your Action Items', it's likely the step has advanced past yours and needs to be reopened. Kindly reach out to your HR representative for assistance with reopening the step.


4. I submitted something for cancellation or modification, but my manager doesn’t see it.Kindly advise your Manager that Pending Items go into the Requests tab instead of Action Items.
5. Can I edit my already submitted Performance Review? Kindly note that once a review is submitted or closed, it can’t be edited directly. However, you may reach out to your HR Representative so they can reopen your Self-Assessment step.
6. How can I update my Goal?

7. My Goals are not showing up in my Performance Review. What do I do?

8. How do I access my Goal Evaluation? Once you're in your Performance Review, kindly click the 'Employee Self-Assessment' step.

Note: For the goal evaluation, use the provided rating scale to evaluate and rate your performance against your goals – please use examples to support your rating and comments.


9. How do I access my Competency Evaluation? While in your Performance Review, kindly click the 'Employee Self-Assessment' step. Once you complete your Goal Evaluation, you will be able to complete your Competency Evaluation section.

please use examples to support your rating and comments. 


10. Why am I not able to submit the Weight % of my Goal? It says I'm over or under. If you are unable to submit after entering the Weight of your Goal, it's likely that the Goal is pending modification from your Manager. Once the Manager approves it, you will then be able to enter the Weight % and submit.
