The Competency Evaluation is a step within the Performance Evaluation where users evaluate against AEG’s Core Competencies using a defined rating scale: Advanced, Proficient, Developing, and Emerging. The Core Competencies are listed directly within the task. Instructions for completing this step can be found in the guide linked in the Performance Review | General Info SR.

EAG (Employment Agreement) users do not have a Competency Evaluation as part of their Performance Review assignment.
