| 1. Submitted my Goals, but I am not seeing the option to edit them. How can I edit it? | To update a goal, go to your 'My Goals' page and click the down arrow to the right of the goal title. Select 'Edit' from the dropdown menu, make your necessary changes, and click the 'Submit' button to save and update your progress. |
| 2. Where do I find my Goals In Progress? | From your AEG Roadmap to Success homepage, click 'Learn More' within the Goals tile. You will be directed to the 'My Goals' page, where you can view all goals currently in progress. |

| 5. I completed my Goals, but the status did not change to completed. Why is my status not updating? | From your 'My Goals' page, click the right arrow (>) to the left of your goal to expand the details. Then, locate the 'Status' button and select 'Completed' from the dropdown menu. |
| 6. I need a copy of my Goals. How do I download them for my records? Note: If a manager asks this, they can follow the same steps from their 'Team Goals' tab to download a copy of their direct reports' goals. | From your 'My Goals' page, select the goal period you wish to download (or use the calendar icon to set a specific timeframe) and click 'Search'. Once your goals appear, click the 'Options' button at the top of the page and select 'Download PDF - My Goals'. |
