Specialist Notes:


Employees are expected to create 3-4 goals, including one development goal. Each goal must be assigned a weight within the defined range, and all goal weights must total 100%.


Goal weights must follow these rules:

  • Minimum weight per goal: 10%
  • Maximum weight per goal: 50%
  • Weight increments: 5%
  • Total across all goals: 100%
