Employees are expected to create 3-4 goals, including one development goal. Each goal must be assigned a weight within the defined range, and all goal weights must total 100%.
Goal weights must follow these rules:
- Minimum weight per goal: 10%
- Maximum weight per goal: 50%
- Weight increments: 5%
- Total across all goals: 100%
