VILTs take place in Microsoft Teams. Users will find the link to the meeting in the Transcript or in an email notification coming from the LMS.

Instructors must be designated as an instructor via Teams integration, and they can find the link to access the meeting on the 'View Your Sessions' page within the LMS or in email notification. 

We are not able to see the link on our end so we will need to provide the SR below.

Kindly note you may launch the VILT course from your Action Items or from your Transcript. Here are the steps to navigate to your transcript:

1. Click the 'LEARN MORE' button under 'Learning Content' - This should take you to your Learner Home. 

2. Click your profile image on the upper left side of the screen and then the 'Transcript' tab. Alternatively, you may click the 'View' hyperlink next to 'Transcript' on the left side of the Learner Home page. 

3. On your transcript page, locate your training and click the 'Launch button'. If you do not see the option to launch, please click the 'View Training Details' button as the link to access your virtual training should be located in the Training Details page.

You may have also received an email notification with the link to access the meeting.
