A VILT should be marked completed 1-2 business days after the session. If 2 business days have passed, please create a ticket so we can notify the Admins.

It's possible too that the employee may not have completed a Level 1 Evaluation, so please check if an evaluation was requested for the training and inform the employee that once they complete the evaluation or the evaluation request time passes, the course will move to Complete on their transcript.

Kindly note it may take 1-2 business days for your virtual training to be marked complete. Please let us know if it's been more than 2 business days and we will create a ticket on your behalf so we can notify the AEG Talent Development team.
